Eligible Refund Scenarios
Full refunds are available in these specific situations:
- Technical issues preventing course access for more than 5 business days
- Course cancellation by StreamDigitalSpot due to instructor unavailability
- Duplicate enrollment processed in error
- Content significantly different from advertised curriculum
- Billing errors or unauthorized charges
We also consider partial refunds for courses where less than 25% of content has been accessed within the guarantee period.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain purchases are final and cannot be refunded:
- Downloadable materials after successful download
- Live coaching sessions that have been attended
- Certification exam fees once attempted
- Third-party software licenses included with courses
- Courses purchased with promotional discounts exceeding 50%
